Rush is exciting and a little overwhelming. Preparation makes the difference.

Choose from a variety of individual services or book an all-inclusive package designed to help you have the absolute best sorority rush experience possible!

  • New to recruitment and not sure where to start? This is your roadmap.

Learn the ins and outs of how sorority recruitment works, get a breakdown of what each round is like, know what you should do right now to maximize your options and exactly how to put your best foot forward during rush week.

Perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed and want the full picture before diving in.

  • The only way to get good at something is to practice! The chapters will remember how the conversation felt. Let's make sure it feels great.

Go through mock “parties,” practice real conversations, learn what to say (and what not to say), and get personal coaching on how to turn your experiences into compelling stories that are easy to deliver under pressure.

  • Your application is their first impression of you, so make it count.

This means it’s absolutely essential to make a great first impression through a professional and eye-catching resume and application.

Learn how to maximize your strengths, activities, and experiences on paper so houses are excited to meet you before you walk in the door.

  • Your video submission is your audition — and most people have no idea what chapters are actually looking for.

Many universities have moved to have the first round of recruitment online where potential new members submit a video recording of themselves answering a prompt. Chapters invite prospective new members to the first in-person round based on this.

Get coaching on what to say in response to the prompt, how to perform it, what to wear, and all the details that make the difference between a callback and a pass.

  • Rush week can feel overwhelming, so don’t go through it alone.

With real‑time support, you’ll have someone experienced to talk things through with whenever you need it. This isn’t about telling you what to do, but helping you make sense of everything happening throughout the week.

If you want to unpack how a conversation went, need help navigating a tricky moment or topic, or just want a sounding board to sort through your thoughts, you’ll have personalized guidance right when you need it.

  • Chapters are looking at your profiles before they ever meet you. Your online presence matters more than you think.

In this session, you’ll get a thorough review of your profiles from someone who has spent the past two years looking at potential new members’ socials and understands how they’re viewed during recruitment.

You’ll receive personalized tips, posting ideas, and clear guidance on how to make your profiles reflect you in the best way. Make your presence online work for you, not against you, before rush week even begins.

  • Your outfit walks in before you do.

In this session, you’ll get a full breakdown of what to wear for each round, the unspoken rules potential new members’ often don’t know, and how to have your style align with what’s appropriate for rush. No guessing or stressing the week before, just walking into rush feeling polished and confident.
